Looking for atleast 95+ mage and less than 30hp for the mage pure. Can not have any combat stats beside magic.

If it's a skiller.
Must have several stat's about 80, a few above 90 or a 99 stat. Does not have to have money but can not have any combat stat's above one.

It has a decent name, I also got another skiller but its 73 fishing.. Its name is "Hooligans", extremely rare
