The problem with using someone's house is that they have to be in it at all times. Just do what Cheese Toast said and go to the W31 friends chat, where people who are hosting house parties go.

 

I believe "w31 houses" is another chat you could use (may be wrong, been a while)

I'm not sure why they sit there hosting as its boring as shit, but they seem to like it, so owell.

It's easy money really. They play of the fact that wealthy people doing frosts will pay whatever it takes to get it done ASAP. So when they get 99 they tend to tip the house owner to say thanks.
I gave my house owner 5m and my bone runner 10m for example.
