Richard's argument isn't entirely accurate, as he describes taxes being taken under duress. He has incredibly over exaggerating when he terms it 'being taken at gun point' and is just generally a poor argument and an incredibly poor thread. According to Black's Law Dictionary it is any threat or coercion used to compel others to act, and last time I checked taxes aren't taken up by highwaymen.
