The reason why I must use paypal echeque is that it takes 7 days to transfer dollars from your bank account into your paypal account. However I can still send paypal echeques to other people.

There is nothing different or risky about paypal echeques the only downside is that the cash can not be used for 5-7days. However you will 100% recieve the money after a minimum of 7 days.
