Manipulation/Signature thing

I don't really know what to call this. It's been a few years since I've done manipulations involving real people.
Not sure how I feel about the text, so I've included one with and one without.

Effects seem a little low quality and not really digging the orange one going across her face. You need to work on spreading those effects out more evenly, and also not having random blobs (the blue parts) that don't blend in with the background enough and aren't connected at all. You have some good ideas, just your execution needs work.
