Question about account selling

I have a question about account selling. If someone is selling an account that is not originally theirs, and it gets recovered, is the seller held responsible?

 

Yes, If your buying from a trusted seller however and neither of you are able to recover they will most likely refund. This is not for all sellers tho.

 

If you're going to buy an account, buy it from an extremely trusted seller to save the hassle of later conflicts.

 

I wouldn't buy the account unless the are the original owner because, if the seller isn't trusted and you both get scammed, I don't think the seller would care, or give you a refund. Just my opinion

 

The seller is responsible entirely, and they will be banned if you create a scam report with enough proof. They may however be unbanned if they refund you your money and can prove the account was not originally theirs.
