    Couple of History Questions

With the change in our grading system (tests being over 80% of our grade) and my new found love of procrastination, I've been doing pretty horrible in my US History class. (The majority of the students are actually failing.)

Because of the large percentage of people with an "F", the teacher gave us our test to take up and do over the weekend.
In order to not get a lousy grade in this glass I need to get a near 100% (if not 100%) on this test. (Last two grades were 40% and 80% and I have a F.)

With that said, there's a couple of questions I'm not sure of and I figured maybe someone on Sythe would know. (Yahoo! Answers blows now.)

The thing about this teacher is, she teaches off of self-wrote powerpoint slides.
This is typically information she just knows, and often times there's stuff on the powerpoints that isn't in the book/on wiki. (Unless I overlooked it.)

    ----
    Question 1
    Modified True/False
Earl Warren represented the brown family in their lawsuit.

The thing is, he was the Chief Justice that (correct my if I'm mistaken) made the ruling on the case.
And if I'm not mistaken, it's the lawyer that represents the person, right?

Well I can't find squat about who represented them.

    Question 2
    Multiple Choice
The Voting Rights Act of 1965 allowed federal workers to:
    a) vote for blacks
    b) register voters when local officials would not register them
    c) go to the south and help blacks vote
    d) to arrest people giving literacy tests

I've read the part on it in my book and looked through the page in Wikipedia, and I can't find anything about what it allowed federal worked to do.
I can only find information on what it banned/prohibited. (Basically gave blacks more rights.)

    Question 3
    Fill In The Blank
______________ was the civil rights leader who opposed Martin Luther King and lead his followers in a more confrontational way.

This is just a matter of my not being able to find the information.
Flipped through the 40+ pages of this chapter and searched my way through wiki a number of times, but it was to no prevail.
Could be because I'm at the point where I'm starting to shut down though. :(

From here the rest of the rest is fill in the blank, short answer, and essays, but I feel fairly certain in my answers for the rest.

Any help would be greatly appreciated you guys!

    Edit:
Dang, guess this is a bad question to ask on Sythe aye?

I did end up texting a friend in the class and she did the test already.

    For:
#1 she replaced Earl Warren with Thurgood Marshall.
    #2 she put "b".
    #3 she put "Stokely Carmichael"

Not 100% sure if they're right, but I'm betting they are. She's a pretty smart kid.

So in case anyone runs into any of these questions and finds this from Google, there's a good chance those are the answers.
