westein11 is a scammer/possible TWC?

He tells you he wants to buy your things, then he gets you to add him and on MSN, he'll try to get you to download programs to link your IP, or teamviewer, or even screenshare etc.

Briefly explain the trade: I was meant to sell my White Partyhat to him, whereby he would go first via WU. He told me he was more than happy to go first, providing I download some program to 'confirm' my identity, or to dl teamviewer so he could remotely access my computer to 'confirm' my identity.

How they scammed: They weren't successful, I just figured he should be banned or at least have a TWC as he is shady. Basically, he tells you he's 14, and REALLY REALLY wants the partyhat for his birthday etc, and that his dad will ONLY buy it if I dl some program that links our IPs together.
