Can someone file an unauthorized payment claim twice?

The buyer of my RS account filed an unauthorized payment claim two months after purchasing my account. I somehow managed to win the Paypal dispute, and I feel that retribution is in order. I think I'll simply take my account back in order to get back at the scammer. Whether or not he sold it before filing the dispute doesn't matter- I'm going to take it back since he broke his side of the deal.

But can he file unauthorized payment/chargeback again? I know my question sounds silly, but I just want to make sure he can't put me in more hot water.

Since you currently still have his money, you have no right to steal back the account, unless you plan on refunding him.

Just as R2 said, as long as you still have the money in your possession, even if he did try to scam you, you have no right on recovering his account. If you did recover the account, you just broke your side of the deal with him.

Say he had won that dispute, then you would be entitled to recover your account, but since he lost it, it's his account forever, unless of course he wants a refund/resells it.

Indeed, I debated this, but I decided to go ahead, simply because of the nature and amount of the attempted scam. I noticed a few things the scammer did while using my account. First, he utilized my credit card to purchase membership- I unfortunately did not notice that my credit card was on there when I sold the account to him, nor did I notice those purchases in my billing statements. This is not entirely his fault since I made that glaring error. Second, he utilized the account quite extensively (as I noticed from the friends list), and I imagine he funneled gp into the account- none of which is there currently. Finally, he destroyed everything that was valuable in the account not worth gp (chaotics, elite void, etc.) which I am fine with since I didn't plan on getting back into Runescape in the first place. He must have been quite upset at losing the dispute.

If he somehow stumbles upon this page, I'd like to have a quick chat with him about what he's done, and release the account back to him if he so chooses. I haven't been able to get a hold of him on MSN, which is no surprise, but I've sent him an e-mail and a few messages regardless.
