Requesting ban on joeyH

He sold me the account and went fine, well i thought. He agreed to go first but i had to pay him half for the password and another half for the rest of the accounts information. But after i gave him the whole 50m rsgp he changed the password right away and so when i tried logging in again i couldn't log in it keeps saying tht it was the wrong password even tho just a min ago it was working fine when i first try to log in. After a couple of couple of try the account got blocked. And so i tried recovering it using the info of the account he provided which i found out later was fake since non of the information works. Worst part is he wouldn't even try to help me recover it. which made me think he already recovered it himself since he never got back to me. here are some screenshots i know its not much and probably not enough proof but it was my first time buying an account so i didnt really know what to do. Please help and maybe some suggestions next time i try to buy an account again.

ahh yes i forgot to mention that the email tht he gave me which he said registered on his account wasnt. i found out tht the real email of the account was the email registered on his sythe profile and thats why when i did use his email tht i found here on sythe it gave me this message but when i asked him to check his email he wouldnt do it
