Buying maxed melee with storm of armadyl

I'm looking for an account with the following (must have):
1. 99 atk/str/def/hp
2. Storm of armadyl spell

Also preferred:
1) 99 mage/range
2) Chaotic rapier
3) Chaotic Longsword
4) High dungoneering lv
5) Other Chaotics

I understand that most accounts with these things are relatively difficult to come by, especially because of the high skill/quest requirements. The following are the minimum amounts of rsgp I will offer for accounts with the following:

Storm of arma + maxed melee: 500m
storm of arma + maxed melee + chaotic rapier/cls/both: 550m
storm of arma + maxed melee + mage/range 99s: 550m
storm of arma + maxed melee + chaotics + mage/range 99s: 600m

I understand that some accounts with all of the following may have much more in terms of skills/quests/chaotics/etc. That is why my prices are at minimum, and you can negotiate for more if your account has lots of extras that I did not account for in my min prices.

Things I do not want:

1. I'm paying you for an account + untradables. Please sell and transfer all other items on the account because I will not be adding any money on my side for such things.

2. I wish to trade with someone who is trusted among the community on sythe. I will get others opinions on how trustworthy you are before trading.

3. We will use an official middleman and I will go first, but remember I will only trade with someone highly trusted. I will pay all fees for the official middleman.

4. I will be paying in rsgp.

5. I would prefer the account to have a good rs record and not to have many previous offenses.
