Briefly explain: Claims to own an account where he/she has been the original owner yet the account was previously sold to him/her through a MM. He/she is giving the buyer the illusion they're buying a secure account when the account was sold to her 3 days ago. Therefore it's not very secure and he/she is providing false information. He/she also claims to have bought the account from "Neopharoah" when there's no vouch yet there is a vouch from "JayWin" for an account being sold to him/her. I believe I_DONT_BOT was the middleman and should be able to confirm what account was agreeded upon for the transaction.
