Making a new account

I tried to make a new account, but says I cannot, as I have this one registered on my IP.

How do I make a new one?

 

You can request a self requested ban on this account, then register a new account via a proxy. You cannot transfer your current vouches from thus account to your new account. However, I am not so sure if you can request for those people to vouch you on your new account.

Vouches are valid only on the original account, they cannot be moved or transferred.

 

If you would like to create a new account, you must do so via a proxy or on another IP address (like at your school or a friend's house). You don't need to request a ban, but it may help avoid confusion in the future. You just have to make sure that this account, and your new account never interact with each other in anyway. Also your vouches/posts/join date/etc. will not carry over into a new account. If you want to make a new account you must start from scratch.

 

This. I highly suggest NOT using a proxy as you'll more than likely cross IP's with undesirables and more than likely end up banned. Go to a friends house and register there. That's the safest route.
