    It told me to open a "dispute"
    Trying to have an account on this site, it tells me :

    And lists my IP address. I don't know what this mean,s but I'd like to fix this problem and move on. If someone is using my IP address somehow, I'd like them to stop.

    Please try to create an account using a proxy, then you can use your normal home IP.
