Does A Clan Need At Least 5 Members To Stay Alive?

When making a new clan.. lets say for example I started with 5 people. If everyone left except me would the clan be deleted?

I don't think so, but I may be wrong.

Pretty sure everybody left in the clan I was in when clan capes first came out except me and other dude and we still had capes.

im 90 percent sure thats just to start the clan. Your members don't need 2 stay active or in your clan as long as you don't leave the clan yourself

 

There was an update I'm fairly sure that changed it. You now need 5 people minimum otherwise they close your clan.

 

I am not 100% sure on this, but I think that you can form a clan and have less than 5 members, but the catch is that clans with less than 5 members CANNOT create or maintain a citadel.

The portal is designed to have 4 or 5 people open it, and I think that may be what you are thinking about. I will try to find some information to confirm or deny this.

Here is a forum post that proves that there are a number of "failed" clans that have a single member (or definitely less than 5), but are still considered an active clan as the creator has not deleted the clan, even though it is not active:

So the answer is no, your clan will not be deleted if all the members quit and you have less than 5 people active.

 

Yeah the clan will not be deleted, but you MUST have at least 5 members in order to be able to wear the clan capes and have a custom clan logo.
