Looking for someone who can design and code a online booter

Hi guys, I am going to try and start up a booter for personal use and possibly selling to the public.

I am looking for someone who can design a sexy booter with a nice clean interface.

What it would need to include:

• A Nice sexy interface.
• Admin CP
• A various range of resolvers, From steam to skype resolvers etc.
• A members area
• Other features that a booter would usally have.

If you can do this please let me know a quote for this and some further contact details.
