ME: No you don't (I've been filing for over 9 years now). You only have to file if you make more then a certain amount based on age/filing status. $426 isn't nearly enough for you to have to file.

ME: You've seen I've sent my payment and you can get it if I close the dispute (a closed dispute automatically goes to you) and if you copy our chat and submit it to paypal you get the money (assuming the chat shows a resolved trade). Seeing as you are in another trade that's going oddly I think it's fair for me to want the details prior to closing my dispute.
cutieekaylaa: how's it fair? you can easily take both and run off. whereas if you do cancel the dispute and i receive the funds, you can throw up another dispute within minutes and it's hassle free

i also just realized something. My bank account wasn't charged until today for a trade I did on Saturday. Maybe it needs a day or two more to process? It's just weird because the person I traded with didn't seem to have any issues even with that being the case
