Hello im UltraCat, and i'd like to dispute my ban. As i was away for a while and didn't know i got banned. Firstly, as i remember i tried buying pin from this guy Jebou, he gave me wrong pin,atleast it didn't work for me, as if it said incorrect window payment, then i told him that and asked for help but he blocked me. So how can he explain that? ask him what really happend.
 
It's up to you to give us links to the scam report etc. not for us to chase him down and get the truth out of him. Tell us your whole story, and make it comprehensible please.
