Buying Range Tank

[selth]

Hey guys,

Just thought I would try my luck, I'm considering buying a range tank, 99 def, 99 range at about combat 80-90. I'm not too concerned on the constitution level.

I may consider other accounts, just throw up an offer.

I can pay via rsgp or Paypal.

Cheers
