Paypal help needed

I recently got scammed for $21, I sent the payment via a gift to the scammer is there a way I can get my money back ? I cant chargeback because it is a gift, the link to prove I got him banned is here. http://sythe.org/showthread.php?p=10515204

You could try ringing PayPal up and explaining the situation to them, however don't get your hopes up. PayPal have a habit of returning the funds to the wrong person.

 

The only thing you can do, is call them up. Because you can't charge back considering you sent as a gift.

 

Good to see that you ended up getting the scammer banned, one less scammer we need to deal with.

Now, as for your PayPal problem. I suggest calling up PP, and explaining the situation, and they will most likely reverse the payment. It won't hurt to also show the scam report to them either. Good luck.

You can't charge back and also because you sent as gift sorry for your loss mate at least you got him banned
