What i'm guna do on my obby tank...

Well i was just looking up on tip.it and realized that i'll be 68 combat wearing full torva hitting crazy high with obby maul o.o wow....any ways i could make this even better? I mean maxed out obvs but....damn i didnt expect this account to be so amazing ​

 

I don't know how much you've trained this account yet, but remember to quest every single thing you can. Remeber that as an obby tank, you won't need as high constitution as it would be nearly impossible for other level 68s to hit you. I would reccomend to use Soul Wars or Pest Control to get your strength and defence up. If you're looking at getting a firecape on this account too, which can be easily done on an obby tnak, I would reccomend getting range up, using a cannon. I am not sure what level range you would need for a firecape with 80 def though.

 

i dont need to quest anything, im not getting my attack up so no worries there and im not getting mage up past 50 for slayer staff unless i get chaotic staff, and idk if im guna get a firecape because 43 prayer is a bit too high for my...enjoyment i guess

 

I would suggest 5-20 attack. 5 attack hit's 30% more against 1 defence than 1 attack. Also 31 prayer is a biggie, you'll hit a lot higher and more accurate. If you wanted 20 attack for corrupted vesta's long sword is a good option. It will be a fun account, but don't forget it's gonna be difficult to profit considering the cost of pots and food. I assume you won't be skulling on the account also. You're gonna notice a lot of people trying to pj you, obviously you'll tank it, but still gets annoying after a while.

I have a 5 attack 99 str 40 def with 31 pray, love playing it but I also get sick of the pjers. I'd love to see a torva mauler though goodluck!

EDIT: Watch out for those pure magers also. They'll hit constantly on you because torva's magic defence.

 

I've seen very few of these, but the ones i have seen, seem to be fully kitted out, and look immense! Also they destroy people in the duel arena, so even if you can't fund full torva at the moment, staking your way there wouldn't take too long! Goodluck with it!

 

Wow thanks for the great feedback! The only thing i dont like is 5 attack would bug the shit out of me and i would feel the need to get it up more, and 20 attack, like you said is hard to make money hence the vls is 33k PER SWING. So i'm not sure it's worth it, i'de rather just beat the shit out of people with my obby maul having 1 attack and do fine myself?

Make sure to quest to addy gloves follow a mith gloves guide theen do the subquest that requires nature spirit to be complete

Screw addy gloves tbh, i dont mind risking in the wildy at all, regen brace is better than mith gloves and maybe adamant gloves, so...idk i'm not much of a quester, but maybe sometime i'll get rfd gloves but atm i'm not worryed about it as im trying to get my stats up for torva :3

 

Chaotic staff is worth getting, trust me man. I am training my obby mauler pure and I leached for the staff took me like 3 days to get and it hits so well. Just my input and are you going to get 31 prayer?

 

getting 31 prayer will raise me like 4-6 combat levels, thats gross. But i still might, and ehhh i dont have the money to pay to leech 1-80 dung.....or i would, i dont have any maxed friends that would let me do it for free either :/ so the cstaff is looking like a no. :/ sadly...
