    Be wary though, if you sent as gift it will be alot more difficult to get back.

    say you purchased a playstation 3 and he never sent you the product or a iphone ect just dont mention Runescape :)

    Log onto paypal and there should be a support page somewhere on the top-right side of the screen on the drop down menu.
