Briefly explain the trade:
I paid him $42 to level my wow rogue from lvl 78 to 85 on Thursday, May 19th.
It is now Saturday May 21st, he has blocked me on Skype and has not done anything on my account. I then gave him the benefit of the doubt, researched his information, called his uncle to get his phone number, and called him. I asked him what was going on and why he hasn't started my account, he hung up on me.

How they scammed:
He took the payment, and didn't level my account and blocked me on Skype.
