its because my lil brother decided to go on there and mess with things he knew nothing about. i had around 15 chargebacks on my paypal when i came and saw it. since then he isnt allowed on the computer for 3 months and is grounded from other activities as well. He truelly needs to grow up and understand what the value of a dollar is. as i said before nothing was taken to my knowledge only reason it lasted that long is because PP was hesitant on seeing that many at once and had to have their "panel of experts" investigate it.

 

Not a good enough excuse, you are in charge of your account and computer and should have logged out in future. Why on earth would you leave your paypal logged in for your "little brother" to access?
