level 106 main for sale, make an offer

So I haven't touched RuneScape for years and would rather have the money that could be had by selling it. I know I have no reputation here, but last time I tried to sell my account on this website I got scammed hard by wild toothbrush who didn't send the money to me first. Long story short, please send the money via Paypal before I give you the account.

I want to sell this account fast and cheap; will be taking best offers. It's level 106 as a F2P, not sure what it would be with members. Almost 8 mil cash and a few 99 stats.
