Lost acc info after hack/ban

Hey, Overpaidpkr here. About 8 months ago? id say i got hacked by a guy supposedly named "Jeff" posing to be a member of USFine, after submitting an appeal for my account i was IP banned and the account was banned. Now im comming back to try and buy/sell RS related items/accounts, as i dont want to start over as a "newbie" :/

No IP match to any account. Please use your home IP and create a new account recovery thread so we can verify you are who you say you are.
You'll also need to pay back those members who were scammed.
