Why you think they are ban evading: Not sure but I find it strange that jkersey's e-mail was [email protected] and now Dilmaster's skype is Koty.Basco
Might just want to check the IPs in case.

I've found his facebook, which matches the same email that jkersey450 used. This facebook then had the same interests and location as dilmaster, as well as the name to further concrete it
