Are bots dead or not?

Because i'm told they are although I see so many people that look like bots and people that don't reply, HELP

 

For the most part, there is still scar and simba. if you would like to get back into botting i suggest simba.

 

I have it, its just it doesn't have a rock crab bot, which everyone there seems to be botting so i'm confused

 

No, bots aren't dead. As Jagex stated, they've only knocked out an estimated 98% of bots, which were all Reflection or injection bots. Currently, there is JBot, RobotzInDisguise and Simba/Scar working, and powerbot claim there own bot is going to be up and running again soon. Simba is working perfectly fine, and if you're looking for a rock crab bot, i suggest checking there site if anyone has a script for it.

 

They're still bots around, but you have to be willing to pay if you want the real good ones, I suggest using RiD or waiting for Powerbot to get back on their feet.

 

There are also private scripts, and many of them are independently coded without the use of Simba or Scar. These are probably most of the bots you see at green dragons, sorc garden, and the likes. Good luck finding one of these scripts, however... they tend to go for several hundred dollars at least.

Simba has scripts that fight monsters the user specifies, so bots at rock crabs could easily and are likely Simba bots.
