    Is there a program that works just like Expat-Shield, but gives a random U.S. IP address instead?

    it was a very good vpn, until jagex blocked it.:(

    I am using one from my uni, sort of works but I can only get one general location (still different IP). But I heard people mentioning hidemyass or something like that, hopefully those'll work.

    hidemyass looks good but you gotta pay for it, and I'm a cheap/broke bastard :p
