    People have mentioned OMM,

    What is OMM?
    Omm is an official middleman.

    These are people who have undergone both a rigorous application process to show they are compitent enough for the position, and are then voted on by the upper staff. These people are among the more trusted on the site, and you should seek their assistance for trades with any user who you feel uncomfortable trading with.
