Does the negative credit disappear INSTANTLY?

if not, how long does it normally take?

 

It removes instantly if 100% of funds owed is paid

 

Well i had -160 Jcoins, i bought 200, yet im still not able to log in..?

 

What method is it?

It all depends on method.

If you did bank transfer, it goes through Global Collect, which takes fucking ages because they lost my payment and my account unlocked like 7 weeks later.

What PayByCash method did you use?

Okay, after you send the money to CashU, they need to process it. After they process it, they send the payment to Jagex.

Emailing Jagex will do you no good, your best bet is to email CashU and ask them what is going on.

I just removed my negative jCoins, and I even got some members.
I had -240, I bought, 200 and 100jcoins, and now I have enough members until feb 8th

 

Did you use UGC or Cashu? or something else?

 

I'm hesitant to buy a UGC Until I find out if this clears up for you, let me know how this turns out.

 

Remember, also, that is is a weekend so it will take some time to process your payment to CashU. I would give it a couple business days, before I was worried.
