Also:

http://sythe.org/showthread.php?p=10323582#post10323582 is in loose violation of the http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=1035234 sticky. I didn't infract it because there is no stated rule.

http://sythe.org/showthread.php?p=10322008#post10322008 is not allowed.

http://sythe.org/showpost.php?p=10318671&postcount=98 excessive bumping.

And a small handful of these: http://puu.sh/dgyx. (Please NEVER post on a driveby/malicious link thread............)

I can go on and on and on... By the way, you can still receive infractions for these and bump up the ban to 2 weeks instead of 1. Instead of saying how we moderators are wrong, let's instead figure out how to fix your own behavior which is never in line with the rules. Third time's the charm, okay?
