It won't upload the pictures and it won't let me redownload it.

Happening to me too.

 

Screensnapr has network problems frequently, and the only solution (after restarting it) is to wait it out. I have problems with it all the time, but there usually isn't a fix for it.

 

I had this problem too. Now I use puush. It's the same exact concept, but you have to make an account. I feel like puush is much faster too.
