I Have been waiting for a long time for someone to help me Firz was supposed to when he said "show your full ip" well there it is now help me or if you no one here wants to then delete this threads!

 

.....There are unregistered accounts attached to it? I've never seen that before.

Still, like all of the IP filter issues, you'll need to find a new address to register from. Try a mobile IP, a proxy, or a wifi hotspot. Once you have an account, it should work from there.
