Dispute for my current infractions [No other location for infractions?]

First off, if this is the wrong section I apologize; I couldn't find the section for disputing infractions, if there is one.

On 12/26/2011 I was infracted twice for 'Excessive Bumping' by Snow Patrol for the following thread: http://sythe.org/showthread.php?p=10172416#post10172416

As it appears, the post was 20 hours between each other and they happen to be the same post (because I delete the previous post and re-post it rather than bumping).

My confusion is, why did I get infracted twice for one slip in deleting a previous post? I can understand one infraction, but two? I've never had an issue with 'Excessive Bumping' previously and I can assure you that the only time it has slipped (this time) was purely an accident.

Thanks for reading; I'd like an explanation for the double infraction for the single accidental incident.

Regardless, I've reversed one of your infractions - sorry for the confusion! Next time, just PM the moderator who infracted you (remember to be polite).
