RAM or RSGP?

I just found one of my old wallets with $30.00 in it, I'm pretty stoked, iv been trying to get a little money towards some rsgp & a 1G RAM chip. (I'm currently running 503MB, runescape works. but I can't really Multitask, while. it gets the job dobe, but just barely.)

so, the ram chip is $20.00 , free 5-7 day shipping. for 7.99 I can get express 2 day shiping.
or
I could buy 30.00 worthe of mils considering I'm really broke.
