so i have two transaction that have been put on hold
what is the best way to fight against this to win my money?

also i send him a $300 transaction if he scam me for $200 should i try get my money back or is this scamming if not what best way about getting my money back i dont even no how to dispute due to i dont do them the payments i sent to him where gifted but i still believe u can get them back since he gifted me.

 

If you sent him the paypal, it should be fairly easy to win. I can't offer any help though for various reasons.

If you paid for $300 worth of items and only delivered $100 worth, it is perfectly legal to charge it back, but you must still pay him $100 should the case be resolved in your favor.

 

Unfortunately there's nothing that your words can change on this dispute.

If you sent him 300$ as a normal payment and not gifted, it's easy to charge back.
However counter-scamming is not allowed on Sythe either. (You could discuss with a global mod)

dont know if it will apply to your situation but if you trade a heap of gold it should be worth it

 

I think that guide includes getting info and such from the buyer before the trade already, not sure. But it could indeed be a good solution for future trades.
