Advice on perm locked acc plz!!!

As you know, my korasi pure was locked a month ago and has been impossible to recover. I have tried everything. I even recovered another worthless account the hackers got and I got their ip. I even found their exact location and sent a recovery saying I moved and it still didn't work! I refuse to make another account because that account has 1b on it plus all the stats(99 magic) and painful grueling quests. It also has a rare name. My mother emailed fagex and all they reply is,"go to our acc management and go to account recovery." please help me!

 

are you the original owner? if not its gonna be hard to recover but if you are you should be able to recover it. and are you using the same ip you created it from and where you're recovering it coz that helps. + you said "perm locked"... maybe that's your problem lol, you prob can't recover it anymore even if you're the original owner =/

oh and btw... since they upgraded the website there's been problems with recovering acc's even if you're the original owner of the acc

 

I most definitely am the original owner. I wouldn't be fussing about something that isn't mine :/

Nah but on a serious note, like the person above said give it another month or so and wait for fagex to get their act together on their new website and you may have more luck... As too if you dont get it back that really sucks man don't stop sending appeals they will give in one day!

 

If you're the original owner then use your first password, location of creation, date of creation, ISP/IP of creation, and more CREATION details to recover it.

If it was locked for misuse or BANNED, then tough luck

 

Iv'e had my main locked for 2 months. I have sent endless appeals.

I am the original owner. Iv'e been also looking for advice for a while, but I dont think there is much we can do lol.

OK this is how it works,

Once an account has been locked jagex usually monitor ALL appeals being sent in for the account VERY closely. Also chances are the hacker is probably trying to recover the account too. If there are 2 people from different ips sending a recovery in for the account (in this case you and the hacker) jagex usually clean all the recent information that was used by the hacker (e.g any password changes, email registration, recovery questions, he/she set or even any membership the hacker may have bought to assist a recovery in the future)

If you really are the original account owner then there should be no trouble in recovering the account.

EDIT: also the 1b is probably already gone.

 

I call bullshit on that. U act like jagex reads every damn thing I send it. Fagex are hypocrites. The only thing reading my damn appeals are bots! There are no hackers anymore. I guranfuckintee it. I'm 100% sure of that too. There is definitely something fucked up with account appealing. Maybe you haven't experienced the same glitch as the other butt load of people on the forums have. If u have screenshots of membership bought, PAYPAL ID #s, I'm no brain surgeon but I sure as fuck know that probably is a CLEAR indication it's the fuckin owner.

 

Try to use a VPS , and make the ip as close as the hackers

 

They dont accept screenshots as proof and secondly paypal IDS # are not an indication that you are the ORIGINAL owner. As long as you can provide the following:

creation date (approx)
ISP account made with and IP if possible
Early password (even if its not the creation pass)

The above is the bare minimum that will guarantee a sucessful recovery.

 

Those three things are the best to have when trying to recover an account.
