Need help with building a PC!

Im currently gonna spend maybe $1000-1500 on a new pc. Though i dont know what specs i should get. I already have a gaming mouse, headset and keyboard all for pc. All help on choosing parts will be appreciated.

Also is my budget enough for everyday usage and now and then gaming? (ill be playing WoW, maybe some COD and skyrim mainly. And if bots were to come out for rs, i'd be multi-logging with bots on 5 clients).

Again, any help will be appreciated.

i5 2500k, a p67 or z68 mobo, a gtx 560ti or amd 6950 GPU, Hyper 212+ cooler, corsair 12gb DDR3 1600mhz ram (dominator or sniper are good, make sure to get lower timings if you can afford it) and the rest you can find elsewhere. These are pretty standard for 1000$-1500$ builds and are excellent for gaming, and cpu heavy processes like botting or rendering.

It's a real solid cpu for gaming and overclocking, and for the price it just can't be missed. Fairly future proof too.

Since you're going to be gaming with it. I would get something like this, it's similar to my build:

Processor: Intel i5 2500k - Very good and will destroy anything you throw at it, you can also overclock this to 5GHz if you wanted to.

RAM: 8-16GB DDR3 - Between 8 and 16GB will be fine for you.

PSU: Corsair 650W - I have this PSU, and it is very good. Corsair are very good for RAM and PSUs.

Graphics: Nvidia GTX 560/570 - I would recommend Nvidida and not AMD. Anyway, whether it is the 560 or the 570 it is guaranteed you will be able to max any game you play.

Case: Whatever takes your fancy, just get a decent one.

Motherboard: ASUS P8Z68-V/GEN3 Intel Z68 - Anything ASUS is guaranteed high quality. This board would let you go SLI/Crossfire as well if you decided to go that way.

Just an example of a good build.

In addition to the above, for a case, please don't go for looks. A lot of the time you will find a really cool, expensive 'gaming' case, which in reality is bad for gaming due to bad air flow/cooling. Go for the one with a good amount of space and slots for case fans.

If you're like me and prefer ATI for graphics cards, a good choice would be the 6790, 6870, or if you want to go really overkill, 6950. Both are good cards, it just depends how much you want to spend.. Get any brand, whatever is cheapest (unless you are thinking of overclocking it, in which case some are better than others)

I just want to go on record and say your build is great, but the bit about a GTX 560 or 570 maxing out any game is a tiny bit misleading. A 560 certainly won't max out BF3 and a 570 will barely maintain 30 FPS on BF3, which isn't even the most demanding of games. I have a 480, which is basically equal in terms of performance, and I've run into a few games I can't max (Shogun 2 for example).
