    Someone offered to buy my acc but I cant get them to respond.
    Someone offered to buy my account for 100m but they have not replied to the private messages that I have sent them. What should I do go to the next higest offer or reopen bidding ? Can I force them to pay up or get them banned ?

    No you cannot I suggest reopen the bidding if no one bids give to the second highest bidder from before
