1. I do not provide any recovery information when I sell accounts. I also retain the registered email on the accounts at all times. This is ultimately for your security and to make my life much easier; should something happen to the account such as a lock, then it is a simple matter to unlock the account. I am available on discord 12 hours a day, if you need a pw reset, its as simple as DMing me to get a link. Having email access doesn't give you more security, if I honestly wanted to recover the account back i could do so without email access as I am the original owner. This also transitions nicely into the next point which is that...

2. Should you wish to sell your account, I will buy it back at any time. This is something that many account sellers simply do not offer but I do not at all mind buying back these quality accounts should you get bored, need money, etc. I will relist the account for sale and give you 70% of the price it sells for, or we can work out a similar up front payment.

3. If you wish to sell your account at all, you must sell it to me. It is an unnecessary hassle for me to keep track of buyers of buyers and for security I require that all account sales and resales be done with me as the primary seller. I can assure you I will get more for the account than you would be able to and this also means you don't have to bother finding a buyer yourself. This is ultimately win-win for everyone.

4. I offer 100% refunds on any account that gets recovered after you buy it, if a recovery occurs within 12 months of the purchase. After 12 months I am not responsible for anything that happens to the account. Keeping in mind I am the OO of this account, I don't anticipate any issues with this but I have to have a policy in place anyway.
