Question: How to protect from chargebacks when selling virtual goods?

I'm all for black markets, buying, selling, MMs, and getting along.
But, when it comes to charge-backs for virtual good sales, how does a seller stay protected?
It seems as if in 99% of all cases, buyers of virtual goods can always win because the seller can never give any proof of the sale (paypal staff don't understand runescape trade pictures/videos :p)

So, how do you sellers who sell things and receive payment though paypal protect yourselves from getting charged back?

The fees from player-actions are pretty lame though unless you do very large amounts, I do understand that they protect you from charge-backs and it's wroth paying a fee rather than getting one, but it would be nice if there was just someway to protect against them myself via paypal and not pay any kind of fees for protection :/.

I checked out this guide, http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=1283607 yet to know if any of these methods work well, but seems pretty alright.
