Briefly explain the trade: Entered into a contract for a WoW power levelling service, specifically an undead priest from 68-85. The cost was $50 US paid upfront as a 'gift' on Paypal.

How they scammed: After commencing the service, the account was worked on for a few hours (1.5 levels.) He then contacted me on MSN saying he was unable to work on it for a short while (about a week) - fair enough, I was happy to accept this. However, upon his 'return' and for the following week, no work was done. Upon me questioning this I was told he would 'begin again soon', this did not happen. I was forced to request a refund. Eventually he said he was an RSGP merchant and would refund the money when he had made sales. It has since been over a week (11 days as of now) and he has not contacted me since - forcing me to report it as a scam, as that is what it appears to be.

Proof that you were not talking to an impostor: Please note the email in the screenshots below correspond with the email listed on the members profile as linked above.

Also included is a paypal screenshot provided as evidence for payment at the beginning of the contract, conveniently asked for as a 'gift' option, thereby rendering me incapable of raising the issue with paypal in order to receive a refund.

If anything is missing, I urge you to let me know before locking the thread or ignoring the post, please and thank you.

EDIT: Noticed the message where he lets me know hes going away till the 24th is not there as it was on my phone (windows phone is connected to msn). Attached is a picture of my phone with the message and a picture of the contact details proving its from the same email.

PS. For about two months now he's been contacting me maybe once a week with a new excuse, or reason why he can't give a refund. He has been MIA for two weeks now however, and has not logged on since - leading me to report.

He hasn't been on since December 3rd. However, I've went ahead and PM'd him, he has 24 hours to respond before I ban him as a precautionary measure.

Thanks for such a prompt response. Yes, I haven't seen him on messenger since about then.
