Ban evader/scammer

In short, I was in the market for a CS:GO beta key. As an avid CS player, I was willing to pay premium for a closed beta. So how am I able to expose nono638 as a scammer? First off, I sent him a PM asking whether his CS:GO key was still up for sale and whether he had a scan of the key card with his name written on top of it (I should have asked for a date too right next to his name but nonetheless). His reply was simply "Sure add me on msn".

I proceeded in adding him on MSN. Upon accepting my invite, I immediately asked for proof showing that he actually had the key in his possession (as mentioned in the preceding paragraph, I asked him to take a picture of the game card with his name written on top of it). He replied with a very laughable photoshopped picture. Immediately, I was able to recognize this picture as this was posted in one of sale threads over at MMObay a couple of days ago (which has since been closed/locked). I responded by asking whether he could take a picture of the back of the card with an attached note saying "nono638 from Scythe". He immediately responded by saying "Can't do that. Ive bought that key and asked to the seller to take this picture U will need to wait i guess". The rest of our conversation went down hill from here as you will soon find out.

Continuing on, We then agreed that I would be PayPaling him $50. Now my intent at this point was not actually to buy the key from him, but to acquire his Paypal address for cross-referencing. Now here is what he said: "Send 50$ to [email protected] as a GIFT with note" Im buying a virtual item, i can't claim since i already received my item. Im the owner of this paypal."

A simple google search reveals that this Paypal address was linked to two previous banned accounts on Scythe - both of which using the same PayPal/MSN address.

His most recent account, Mobby, was closed down for ban evasion. Upon exposing him as a scammer, I immediately posted in his sales thread warning everyone not to deal with him. As soon as I did this, he immediately asked "What u want for remove that post".
