It's the most terrible time of the year...

It seems that everything in my life is going wrong all at once. I really do not know what to do anymore. It seems this is most likely going to be the worst Christmas I have ever experienced...
    • My boss is not giving me hours, I only worked 2 days in the last month
    • Chargebacks in my paypal has put me in the negative hundreds
    • I got in a car accident, leaving $3.45 in bank bank account because my dad didn't think i needed collision insurance
    • My brother's Christmas gift will go on purchased. he is dieing of a brain tumor and this might be his last Christmas
I just don't know what to do anymore... my entire life is falling apart in front of my eyes

All your problems mainly seemed to be related to money. Try to search for another job or work at multiple places? It is really going to be hard to live without sufficient money but hey man, you can live through it! Everything is going to seem so impossible, your options are going to seem so limited. But i want you to try your best to remain positive and work your way out of this ugly situation. Instead of succumbing to these problems and feeling helpless and lost, try to search for solutions.

I'm sure that there are still many solutions available out there but you will not be able to see them as you are temporary blinded by all the current shortcomings. You will feel as though there as no hope left, or nothing can salvage this. Trust me though, there are plenty of ways out. So what you can do you is to keep going on strong. Everytime you feel like quitting and giving up, give yourself a pat on a back, it's from uselesspoop. Then stand up from your knees and move in front even stronger.

don't let yourself be trapped in your own trap. don't let yourself think that all hope is gone. Instead tell yourself you, 1 3 3 7, are going to work your way out of this. You are going to find solutions. Everything will be alright.

thanks for you help. but here is my problem, in order to find a job i need to have money. i cannot even afford the gas to make it to where i need to go. and because i live in a very, very small town i need to travel to get there. say if i got a job today and started tomorrow. that means a pay week runs from Sunday to Saturday, i would not get paid until next week Thursday and i only have about 1/4 of a tank of gas. how would i get to work?

my parents have raised me that I have to earn everything on my own, they have never paid for anything in my life since the day i got my first job. i pay my pwn gas, own insurance, own cellphone, own everything

i tried getting a credit card and they denied me because i have no credit history. but the ownly way to start building credit is witha credit card. my parents won't even co-sign with me, im pretty much stuck...

I don't believe the only way to build credit is a credit card. It is merely a piece that helps you (in this case it might even be bad, because you can only see your spendings once a month?)

You should look for a job, and if you find one ask them for a one-time loan to pay travel expenses and stuff.

And even in a small town like yours should be shops? Try working at a shop even if it is for a few weeks.

    I hope I helped you a bit. Goodluck :)

    here are our local businesses.

small market - used to work there. did for six months. was laid off due to slow in business. went back last week, owner said he will keep me updated if something comes up. i know he will because we are close friends.
bbq resturant - used to work there, quit because i was on call, worked once every few weeks
4 daycares - need teaching degree
pharmacy - needs to deliver medicine with own vehicle, insurance wont cover it if something happens
package store - not looking for help
automotive shop - clueless about cars
gas station - not looking for help

that sums up the businesses in our town. we have a population of about 6k, my graduating class was 90
