3rd times the charm

Sooo yeah, this is my 3rd unban request thread. In my previous two, I was unlucky enough to get the idiot that banned me to review them.

Okay so I'm hoping someone other than the derp that banned me actually reads this, this time. 'Cause he has no idea what he's doing.. I had a little conversation with him and basically he told me that he banned me -on a hunch- for "evasion" because I live within a few miles of another sythe user that has been banned. By that logic, I bought a second house I only go to when I need to scam someone..

Anywayyy, Is living near a banned member really a bannable offense?.. It's not my fault I live in a state with other human beings.. I mean really.. He showed me the other user's profile and all that crap- If my account was created before his and both our accounts were active for a long period of time, how could I be evading? Don't evaders make more accounts AFTER they get banned?

I can have plenty of high rank members and even some mods/ x-mods vouch for my legitimacy. I have a pretty strait rep on all rs trading sites and I was just starting to get things going on sythe before this happened, please take my unban into consideration

I even had a pretty succesful firecape shop going for a while. I'm just hoping to provide some proof to my cause- There's a vouch there for me selling an iphone over sythe.. that's a 250$ trade and this mod thinks I would then turn around and scam some worthless shit after that..? I mean REALLY?? In the thread I had a few mishaps where I was not able to finish the cape for the people that paid me (IRL issues and because I got too many orders to keep up with).. so I refunded those people for 100% of the cost and offered to compensate for their time..

I don't know what else to say, I haven't done anything. I'd also like to request that whoever banned me gets demoted or neutered.
