Ban dispute Cherry65

I haven't loged on sythe for a long time, and for my surprise, when i logged back in i was banned. I didn't know the reason until i searched "my" recent activity and saw that i was banned for scamming. The problem is that, as i said, i haven't logged in for a long time, so that couldn't be me.

Is there any chance i can get my account back? I had built some reputation (20 vouches i think) and was a loyal and active member while i stayed here...
