    Edit: Also newcomers get vouches from doing less trusty things such as skilling or cheaper accounts.

    i can sell u a lvl 70 pure with like 83range and 85 str or something. for 30m. the reason why so cheap is because its an email user and idk the email lol... but i can give u enuf info to always hack it back.
