Briefly explain the trade: I was supposed to sell him 22m
How they scammed: He never sent the money after I traded him 22m and he logged out MSN
What time in the video does it show the user's msn: 00:01 - upper left corner
What time in the video it shows you giving the account/money/items: 00:48
What time in the video does it show them leaving/not responding: 04:40 or 06:02 (The user is not online - bottom left)

Edit: The problem is that I don't like screenshots. I think a video is a solid proof !

Edit2: Done uploading it. I know the vid is "badly resized", but you can clearly see that he scammed me...

 

Eh it actually does look like you were scammed by an impostor. It's a fairly common trick they use... The impostor/scammer was talking to both you and djinn at the same time. When you asked for the PM, the imposter had djinn PM you... I've seen it happen too many times. I'll leave this open for a second opinion, however.

 

One breaking factor would be the RS name.. If anyone's traded w/ djinn before and he used that name.... That would be great to know.


Edit: Half tempted to at least issue a TWC for sloppy trading practices, however......

 

Agree'd. I forgot to say: like 10-20 seconds after the trade, I got a pm from djinn saying "Hey bro, I added your msn but you're offline...Add me instead if you can [email protected]".

I'm going to go ahead and say that's what happened. I'm not going to request the TWC on him just yet, but I am going to keep a close eye on him for a little while and see if he slips up again. Sorry for your loss.
