Buying Sony Ericson Xperia Play!

Hey sythe, Im looking to buy the sony erricson xperia Play! It looks amazing, and I just HAVE to have one, given the android capability along with psp gaming capability! Now, I do not have hard cash or a paypal so here is my offer. Im willing to trade My 8 gig 2nd generation Itouch, along with 25 mill rsgp, and an original Gameboy! (not the color, the original!) I do not need the phone with a contract or anything, I want the plain device, with a way of charging and a way of connecting to pc. I will definantly go first, and I will post all details of the itouch with pics now.
It has very minor scratches to face, and little scratches on the back, as to be expected. It has been jailbroken, I can leave that on or take that off per choice. I can also preload anything you want onto it before sending, to make the tranasction easier and more benificial. Here are some pics.
